Reputation System

On each post a member makes, you will notice a + and - near their avatar.
This is the new Reputation System.
If you like a post a member made, you can click on the + and it will give a vote on the member which will count onto their reputation.
If you dislike their post, you may click on the - and it will take a vote off the member's repuation.
You may only vote 10 times a day.
Basically this is to see which members post a lot and are active, and to see which members are most popular, like a Member of the Month.

Because you cannot vote for yourself.
